Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Customers can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Customers must be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes in advance. The vehicle will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. This is a shared service, so schedules may vary slightly depending on the route. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external conditions. Seats are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.
